My name is Mateja, I am 45 years old, I come from Slovenia and I am a founder of GROOVY FACE YOGA, which offers you a unique face yoga program, that brings you a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier.
In the past several years I have done several face yoga certified teacher training courses, from Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method to Glowinface face yoga method (and some in between).

What can face yoga do for you?
