How to use Gua Sha

Clean the face area and hands.
Apply face oil, so that your gua sha will glide smoothly.
Work on one side of the face first, then move to the other.
Hold gua sha at the 15° angle to control the skin as much as possible.
Glide it gently from the side of the face out.
Use the other hand to hold the skin and prevent stretching.
Repeat every move between 3 and 8 times.

Always take short strokes in just one direction, not back and forth.
Press the tool flat under the eyes or over any redness to soothe and de-puff the area.
Hold and press upwards between the brows to release tens.
At the stroke down the neck.
Repeat on the other side.
For best results repeat this procedure 2.5 times a week.
You can also use it to spread serums and creams.
